Agency contacts see organised bookings on the same account page.

Before you start

  • You are the agency contact, or you are checking whether this email is.

Steps

  1. Sign in with the Google account for the agency contact email. You land on the same Your account page as a guest. Your account

  1. Read Organised bookings (agency). Those are bookings this agency contact organised. My bookings still lists bookings where this email is a guest.

If this happens

  • You do not see Organised bookings (agency). This Google account is not the agency contact. Sign out and try the agency email.
