Use a different Google account

Sign out when this email cannot open a customer account.

Steps

  1. If sign-in stays on the sign-in page and says this email cannot open a customer account, choose Sign out. The message is about a shared inbox, a staff login, or something similar. Sign in

  1. Choose Continue with Google again. Pick a different Google account. The account chooser opens each time.

If this happens

  • You meant to open the office. Use the office sign-in, not this guest sign-in.

  • You still cannot get in. Contact Dive Timor and say which email you are using.
